A thank you to Rue Rude came across Laura Bush, Cherie Blair, Ludmila Putin, the Queen of Sweden, and several other first ladies in Paris for a meeting at the invitation of Bernadette Chirac. How can so many American women, even those with more money than God, manage to look so dowdy and out of place? Ms. Laura is a sterling example. I won't begin to mention her mother-in-law.
